On May 10th, a glorious sunny day, the TOMD team laced up their boots and took part in the Norfolk Coast Mighty Hike – a 26-mile charity walk in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025 at TOMD, we are proudly highlighting the inspiring achievements of our Head of Client Marketing, Rachael Caddy. Since joining in 2016, Rachael has been a trailblazer in driving change within our organisation, with an impressive career spanning over ten years. After initially joining us from the Institute of the Motor Industry as an Account Manager in 2016, her talents were quickly recognised, paving the way for her promotion to Head of Client Marketing.
