The Outsourced Marketing Department was established in 1999.
The company is made up of individuals with many years’ marketing experience, who can formulate strategy and carry it through to action. Each member of the team has personally managed projects for a series of blue chip clients – and delivered the results the client wanted.



Corporate Responsibility

We aim to support the local business community and other local institutions and charities. We are proud to have helped our local High Street charity - the Citizens Advice Bureau of Bishop's Stortford during its 2004-5 cash crisis by donating our time and marketing/PR expertise without charge. As a result TOMD is recognised as an Official Bishop's Stortford & District C.A.B Corporate Supporter. We have also helped other charities throughout the year.
We exist to supply marketing services when needed, NOT when not needed.
We believe in the importance of maintaining fair and considerate relationships with our clients, our supplier companies and our staff.
We make every effort to maintain a 'green office', with recycling encouraged as much as possible.
